Booking Policies
Please read the following before booking your appointment
To secure your appointment, a valid credit card must be kept on file at the time of booking. All payment and personal information submitted through our booking system is treated as confidential and is securely stored in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments ("no-shows"), are subject to a cancellation fee.
For the health and safety of all clients, we ask that you do not attend your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms of illness or have a contagious condition. Due to the nature of the practice and regular contact with a wide range of clients, including individuals who may be medically vulnerable, maintaining a safe treatment environment is a priority.
If illness prevents you from attending your appointment within the 24-hour cancellation period, please contact Lori directly at info@thecotswoldsacupuncturist.com as soon as possible. Late cancellation fees are waived in instances of illness.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue services to any individual at our discretion, including where client conduct, health concerns, or other circumstances may affect the safety, wellbeing, or operation of the practice.
